Kasbah Itran began back in 2000 when a Berber family and two Spaniards decided to join forces and set up a small homestay outfit in southern Morocco. Our immensely satisfying experience over the years has encouraged us to extend our project to Mali, where we are working with the Guindo family to organise journeys and build our own accommodation base in the heart of Dogon Country, which we hope to open at the end of 2010. |
